Yoni steaming is for any woman looking to support her reproductive health, ease menstrual discomfort, or simply carve out intentional time for self-care. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Avoid scheduling a session during your menstrual cycle. Arrive well-hydrated and plan to rest afterward if possible.
